Merchandise cannot and should not be returned back to Sama Medispa, without an [RGA] Returned Goods Authorization number and must include a photocopy of the original invoice clearly stating the invoice number and total amount paid. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items if Sama Medispa is not at fault.
All returned merchandise must be in like-new, re-sell condition and as received condition. All freight charges must be prepaid and insured by you, the buyer on all returned merchandise. All authorized merchandise must be returned back to Sama Medispa . within 10 calendar days after being delivered.
Any items shipped back to Sama Medispa . after 10 calendar days will be refused and returned back to the purchaser at their own expense. Refunds will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to Sama Medispa. The buyer must insure the returned shipment.
In the event returned merchandise is damaged, Sama Medispa. will file a claim with the shipping carrier and refund the purchaser upon settlement of the claim.
All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer.
Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 10% of the original purchase price. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped.
. We also can not accept opened or used products.
All returns should be sent to the address provided with the RGA number.
· Any disputes on incomplete/ wrong/ defective orders must be made within 48 hours of delivery!
1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to the Ontario provincial laws.
2. Any dispute arising from the execution or interpretation of the provisions of this contract requires the parties to come together and to try and find an amicable solution to their dispute, before applying to the competent court.
IN CASE OF DISPUTE, THE ISSUE SHALL BE BROUGHT BEFORE THE COURT IN RICHMOND HILL, ONTARIO
